About Alumni Association

TMV's Alumni Association, Registered under the Society Registration Act of 1860 in December 2020, plays a pivotal role in fostering strong, lasting ties between the university and its alumni. It aims to nurture loyalty and support TMV’s growth through mentorship, financial contributions, and community engagement.

A key highlight is the alumni’s significant financial support, raising ₹7,81,100 this academic year. These funds enhance infrastructure, provide scholarships, and improve learning resources, ensuring academic excellence and inclusivity.

Beyond finances, alumni contribute through guest lectures, bridging theoretical and practical knowledge, and inspiring students with career success stories. Alumni also facilitate internships and career guidance, helping students navigate their professional journeys.

Their efforts extend to recruitment partnerships, enhancing TMV's placement record. Acting as brand ambassadors, alumni showcase TMV's achievements, attracting new students and strengthening its reputation.

In curriculum development, alumni feedback ensures course relevance to industry demands. For instance, social work alumni proposed a specialization in medical and psychiatric social work, aligning with emerging professional needs.
